Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I find an event on the website?

Below are a few reasons or suggestions to help you with your search:

  • No performances are currently scheduled for the Ogden Theatre, date, or artist you may have selected.
  • Ogden Theatre will only list an event after all information is confirmed with artist management. Events are always listed in time to purchase tickets the day they are put on sale.
  • Check the proper spelling of the artist, band or building. All words must be spelled correctly.
  • Check to see you entered the proper search type and the corresponding artist, city, zip, or building.
  • Make sure there is spacing between your words (i.e. John Hiatt, not johnhiatt).
  • Try a different search method. Search by city or zip, instead of artist name or building name.
  • The event may not be officially promoted by Ogden Theatre or AEG Live. You may want to try finding the event on the band's official website or AXS.com.

How do I buy tickets?

  • Online — Click the "Buy Tickets" link on the show details page of the band you would like to see.

How do I purchase accessible seating?

For accessible seating at the Ogden Theatre please arrive at the event 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of opening doors. If you are unable to arrive at that time or have specific seating requirements, contact the box office at 303-832-1874 prior to the event.

Where can I park?

  • We offer first come, first served parking that can be purchased as an add on to your ticket online.
  • Any spots that are not sold online will be available for cash purchase at the venue.
  • The Preferred Parking Lot is located behind the Theatre and is secured by our staff from one hour prior to the listed door time until 30 minutes after the show ends.

I am looking for employment information, where can I find it?

Ogden Theatre only accepts resumes submitted through our corporate website. A current listing of available job openings can be found on this page.

How can I meet the band?

Only the artist record company, artist management or artist fan club grant backstage access or meet n' greet opportunities. Ogden Theatre does not handle artist access with the rare occasion of a contest run on ogdentheater.net. Not all shows will have a contest to win the opportunity to meet the band.

How do I get directions to the show?

Please visit our directions page for detailed directions and a map.

The show is this week and my tickets haven't arrived, they've been lost, or they've been damaged. What can I do?

Please call AXS, not the Ogden Theatre, if you any of these issues within 3 days prior to the event. They have information to track your order and will recommend a solution. You can find directions on how to reach customer service at AXS here.

For tickets purchased through artist fan clubs or other organizations, you should contact that organization directly for information.

The venue is general admission. The floor is standing only and the balcony has both bar stools and areas to stand. We are unable to reserve any seating.

I bought a ticket from a third party seller (Craigslist, Stub Hub, ebay, etc.). How do I know if it's valid?

The Ogden Theatre is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e. The Ogden Theatre box office or AXS.com). For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, the Ogden Theatre is not responsible for any fraudulent activity and will not honor invalid tickets.
